Sylveste and Stéphanie for impeccable service and a warm welcome. I have rarely seen service of this quality. Customers are important to them and they have fun doing their jobs. Congratulations! 😀

Super good latte, but bar service .. young girl with long hair sang with blond at the end of her hair, were your only customer and waited at least 1h30 so that you think of going to see if our plates were ready ;) otherwise the plates were super good :)

It depends on the day.The other day more than 2 hours of waiting in total we had to go to the entrance to pay since this was ridiculous the wait never came to see us if it was correct or even for a refill of a glass of water we are thirsty !!

Really disappointed with our visit this morning! Long and difficult service. Several forgetfulness, error of order, no coffee at our arrival, waitress stupid ... Our bench had not been cleaned the day before and was extremely sticky, enough for me to go back to change my daughter who had sat there Before you know it .... Also, there was so much butter on my toast that it was laughable. I wish I could put the picture to show you .... No excuse for any inconvenience that occurred at ..... really disappointing as an experience. We will not go anymore.

Solid service this time around. Food is always good and a great value for the price. Kudos to Amélie for her smile and professional attitude as well as her efficiency.

I ordered 4 pizzas online on 02/22/2020 to receive them at 7 p.m. I waited until 8:30 p.m. and I still don't receive the order. I called several times to find out when I would receive my order, but still the one who answers me on the phone has no idea how long it will take. Finally I received the order at 9:20 p.m. despite that I canceled by phone. I am disappointed with this service and I will never order from this restaurant !!

Good service and excellent food

We stayed down the road from this restaurant, we ate 3 meals there during our stay.We did order breakfast one night for dinner and then ate breakfast 2 mornings. The staff was amazing, we do not speak French and they spoke broken English but we had no problems communicating to place our order. They were attentive and friendly. All of our meals came out in a timely manner, exactly as we ordered. The food was delicious.

I went to this restaurant Friday February 22 around 16:30. Not many guests, no one at the reception, I waited 20 minutes before a waitress goes to see me,As an appetizer, I ordered Parmesan cheese, it was good but no accompaniment, except a small salad without taste.We often heard the manager give very loud instructions. Our service at the table was ok.Cold food.Medium as experience 😞

Unfortunately since the opening two years ago, the quality of service has decreased, as much in the kitchen. I no longer frequent, too disappointed.

Not bad. Waitress talked too much and tried to upsell every single thing. Food was okay but pretty corporate fare, nothing special. Expensive for what it was.

Older and intolerant to young families, even if the children are calm and sit at each visit. We will not go back despite the excellent service. This restaurant called "family" has clearly made the choice of a clientele that does not tolerate the laughter of children and prefers impatience and disrespect (even to the servers) of those who have all their time.

Regularly we order pizzas for delivery. In principle the service is excellent and fast even on weekends. The driver is most excellent and is not involved in this waiting period ... today a Monday evening I think there was a problem when we took our order by the receptionist .. After 1:05 of waiting having received nothing, the receptionist checked and my pizza was not in the delivery lot but even she was not even made ... so I do not know what time I'm going to receive it ... being a regular customer (once a week ...) I hope to have a compensation (reduction or voucher ...)To be continued...

Went for supper took 5 minutes for seating but 20 minutes to get served. And 38 minutes later to see our food that was mediocre. Ordered lasagna and forgot to serve our garlic bread, never came back to ask if everything was ok.We went over to the other Normandin but they were closed for renovations and no idea why this was so long and not that great. Usually this place is very good to excellent. They did have some staff from the renovation restaurant here. With that being said I will give them another try.

Always good service. The fruit cocktail is a must for lunches. The menu is varied and excellent. The goose pâté is sublime.

I go there for lunch regularly. It's honest and classic. The service is excellent.

Service is really really slow, wouldn’t want to come when it’s busy. The restaurant was empty and it took an hour to get our orders and there was nothing complicated to make (spaghetti and a breakfast).

Great place for lunch! Reasonably priced and lots of options, highly recommend the Vegetable Lasagna and Pouding Choumeur - delicious!

Bad. Do not order a delivery at this restaurant. I just had the worse experience ever, it took 1h30 for my food to come and when it finally did it was very dry and cold. I called the manager to make a complaint and he answered me very rudely and said that he couldn't do anything about it. Think twice before ordering there.

Found plastic chunk in hot chocolate. Onion soup cheese not melted. Brought the wrong drinks. Half of hamburger bun instead of dinner roll with meal.

I will say my meal was great! However, it took 10 minutes and me asking to have someone take my order. Then once I finished, the same problem occurred with receiving and paying my check. A bit frustrating while on a lunch break.

Had ordered club sandwich very disappointed, fries which were surely reheated or old fries, club all crooked some breads did not have chicken. I won't get caught twice. If a cook is not able to prepare a club ...

Boss (black shirt) very unpleasant with customers. Not accommodating at all when error on our invoice from them. For a coleslaw big as nothing !! Seems angry. He shouts at his employees in front of customers. Service a big 0.

The food is always good and the price is right. Sometimes the service is not up to par. I went there Saturday, the first waitress that had our table was not in a good mood, a second waitress came to our table thinking we were in her section, the first one came back and complained to the Second one that she was in the wrong section, the they both left us and the second one came back saying she would take care of us from now on! we were happy because she was in an excellent mood and served us very well.
